State representative Paul DeMarco will discuss potential child safety laws, that will be addressed in the upcoming 2007 Alabama legislative session. This will be part of the Edgewood Elementary PTA meeting.
Homewood has been attracting attention: the Birmingham News on Aug. 11, and the Birmingham Business Journal on July 14. Important questions are being asked, and it is the people of Homewood who can provide the answers.
Many thanks for helping Homewood move purposefully toward a future that will make us proud; for joining the 400 citizens who have expressed an interest in Homewood growing wisely; for signing along with 200 neighbors the petition requesting a new or revised Master Plan for Homewood; for attending City Council meetings; for writing letters and making phone calls; and most of all for keeping the conversation alive in our community.
