Why do these developers come from
Florida to change "our" city? A company
from Alabama or better yet from Birmingham has a better understanding
of this place we call home. Keasler is
already holding "meetings" with
managers of retail stores instead of
working with the direct owner. I hope
everyone is aware of the tactics he and is firm is truly capable of.

The majority of the property owners have not agreed to sell but Frank Keasler is telling people that he has contracts on most of the property. We know what we want in our community and a dense, overpopulated, condo filled shopping area surrounded by parking decks is not what Edgewood is about. I don't believe this project will happen but we need to watch this man because I too do not trust his tactics.

I do not trust the snake oil salesman either. There have been too many discrepancies in his story. Also a giant red flag is that his old partner was indicted for real estate fraud. We need to be very wary of him and the HOPE group because he has them doing his dirty work for them. Please tell neighbors and friends. By the way Great site.
